AI and Generative AI Policy

Purpose

This policy addresses the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) tools in manuscripts submitted to AIMR, in line with Scopus and COPE recommendations (2024).


For Authors

Permitted Uses:

Requirements:

  1. Disclosure is mandatory: If any AI tool was used, authors must declare it in the Acknowledgments section
  2. Specify: tool name, version, and specific purpose
  3. Verify: all AI-generated content must be verified for accuracy by the authors
  4. Responsibility: authors bear full responsibility for the content of the manuscript

Disclosure Template:

The authors used [Tool Name, Version] for [specific purpose, e.g.,
"language editing" or "initial literature screening"]. All output
was reviewed, verified, and edited by the authors, who take full
responsibility for the content of this manuscript.
